One website. Multiple countries. Rankings in each.

Selling into the UK, Canada or Australia from anywhere demands more than translation — it demands country-targeted architecture, content and authority. We run clients in 5+ countries; we know the map.

The moment a business serves more than one country, its SEO splits into parallel games: google.co.uk, google.ca and google.com.au each rank their own results, shaped by local competitors, local search habits and local trust signals. A site built for one market ranks accidentally, at best, in the others. International SEO makes each market deliberate.

The technical layer decides whether you're even eligible: URL structure chosen for your reality (subfolders, subdomains or country domains), hreflang annotations that stop your UK and Australian pages cannibalising each other, and geo-relevant signals search engines actually read. Get this wrong and markets see the wrong pages — or none.

Then each market needs its own substance: pages in its spelling and currency, content answering its search phrasing, and authority from its web — UK links for UK rankings, Canadian citations for Canadian packs. This is AURA's home game: a Punjab studio ranking clients across India, the UK, Canada and Australia every working day.

What you get

International SEO, delivered properly.

Market & keyword research

Demand, competition and search phrasing mapped per country — the same service is searched differently in Leeds and Brampton.

International architecture

Subfolder/subdomain/ccTLD strategy and hreflang implementation that routes each market to its pages.

Market-localised content

Currency, spelling, idiom and proof per market — localisation that reads native, never machine-swapped.

Per-market authority

Links and citations built in each target country — the signals that make local Googles trust you locally.

Diaspora targeting

Our speciality: reaching Punjabi and Indian communities abroad with bilingual, culturally-fluent pages.

Per-country reporting

Rankings, traffic and enquiries split by market — you see each country's P&L, not a blended average.

FAQ

International SEO — asked and answered.

Do I need separate websites for each country?
Rarely — subfolders (/uk/, /au/) on one strong domain concentrate authority and are our default recommendation. Separate country domains make sense only with major per-market investment. We choose from your resources, not from theory.
What is hreflang and why does it matter?
Annotations telling Google which page serves which country/language. Without them, markets see each other's pages — wrong currency, wrong spelling — or your own versions compete against each other. It's fiddly to get right and expensive to get wrong; implementation is part of the service.
Can an Indian business genuinely rank in the UK or Canada?
Ours do — see the £4M+ UK and CA$1M Canadian case studies. Google ranks relevance and authority, not passports. Country-targeted pages, local proof and local links beat 'local' competitors who neglect all three.
Is translated content enough for other markets?
Translation without localisation ranks poorly and converts worse — phrasing, units, trust signals and buying culture differ even between English markets. Every market page we ship is written for its market, not run through a converter.
How is diaspora SEO different?
It targets communities, not just countries — Punjabi families in Surrey search differently from the average Canadian, often bilingually, often via WhatsApp-first journeys. We build for that reality natively; it's where AURA started.
